What’s new in iOS 8 beta 12

Yesterday evening became available the eighth Assembly 12 for iOS developers. The update is already available to all owners of compatible devices to which you can download as on the “air” and downloading the file in a special section on the Apple website. Will look more closely at the list of changes.


  • New welcome screen for “Messages”.
  • The icon of the application “Measure” has been updated.
  • Albums in Apple Music can now be displayed in the format of 16×9.
  • When initially setting up the iPad screen is added training to work with gestures.

What has been fixed

  • Users will no longer encounter performance issues inherent in the previous system build.
  • Resolved an issue where it was impossible to download the app from the App Store.
  • Improves stability when working with third-party applications.
  • Fixed numerous problems in the application Siri Shortcuts.
  • The Settings app now works consistently.

Known issues

  • The mode of group calls via FaceTime in this version of the system is not working.
  • Calls over Wi-Fi may not work properly.
  • The system is still unable to meet the untranslated elements.
  • The widget is responsible for playing the current music, may not work correctly.

Recall that the full release of iOS 12 is expected in September of this year.
