Samsung topple found topping the semiconductor market in 2017

The report refers to the rising prices of flash memory by 17 percent year on year, while prices of their selves DRAM by 44 percent.

These figures come according to a new report published by Gartner, the specialized studies of the market, and this is the first time Intel on the lead and is overthrown by Samsung since 1992, with the total revenues of the semiconductor in all over the world to 419.7 million, an increase of 22.2 percent compared with the year 2016.

And speaking of growth, the revenue of Intel’s grew by 6.7 percent through 2017 compared with 2016, making the market share of 13.8 percent, along with achieved revenues of 57,712 million compared with 54,091 million in revenue in 2016.

While Samsung revenue grew by 52.6 percent by 2017 compared with 2016, making the market share of 14.6 percent, along with achieved revenues of 61,215 million compared with 40,104 million in revenue in 2016.

For the rest of the companies they presented a good performance through 2017, so I got SK Hynix on the ratio of 6.3 percent, and Qualcomm on the ratio of 4.1 percent, and Broadcom on the ratio of 3.7 percent, has acquired the Micron Technology ratio of 5.5 percent.
