Surface Pro 4

Over the past few months, there have been multiple reports about the problem related to the network which was bothering some of the users of the Surface Pro 4. It was not immediately clear what caused the this problem, we didn’t know whether it’s a software issue that can be fixed by a simple update or what if it was a problem related to hardware. Now we know it’s a problem related to hardware, because Microsoft have confirmed to us recently that they will replace units of the Surface Pro 4 that suffer from this problem.

Microsoft has launched a new programme to replace the units of the Surface Pro 4, which affected the fluorescence of the screen. This program will cover all units that suffer from this problem which I haven’t been buying them three years. The company said Microsoft’s updated support page on its official website on the internet, wrote the following : ” we’ve heard your comments, and after careful examination, we decided that a small proportion of the units of the Surface Pro 4 come from the problem of fluorescence of the screen which can not be processed through the Update software “.

It was the last we heard from Microsoft about this back to February when the company said they are watching the situation closely, and had come now to the conclusion that there is no other way to fix this problem other than replacement of the units affected to affected customers.

Those who paid for a replacement screen before the launch of this program, you will be refunded the costs of the replacement screen to them by the company. It is also important to note here that the units that will be by Microsoft Corporation as an alternative to going to be the words on the renovated units of the Surface Pro 4, not new units completely.
