Manage notifications on Safari macOS

Sometimes the number of notifications Safari sent from web pages can be excessive. This is especially true if access to them has a lot of sites. Today we’ll show you how you can limit the number of such alerts.

Of course, this option is useful and allows you to learn about the news immediately. But some sites abuse the option so you want to set permissions for each web page.

  • Open the application “Safari”.
  • Select the menu bar “Safari” -> “Settings”.
  • Go to the “Web sites” and then “Notifications.”

This is where you can set alerts for each web page. Optionally, you can enable or disable Push notifications. To reset is sufficient to remove an unwanted object from the list.

How to customize the notifications?

Launch the Settings app. Go to the “Notifications” section. Left to choose our Safari in the list.

The choice will be presented the detailed configuration of alerts for this application. It remains only to configure itself.
