Slovenian NiceHash service was able to refund the users, 60 percent of bitcoins stolen in a hacker attack at the end of last year. Hacker attack on NiceHash took place on 6 December last year. Then the cyber criminals have stolen from the wallets of users 4,7 thousand coins, which at the time cost about $ 61 million.

The investigation of the embezzlement is still ongoing, and the hackers were never found. According to the representative of NiceHash, the coins were stolen due to weak security of the resource, which has since changed significantly.

The company is beginning to return funds to customers at the end of January and the first two months of returned users, only 10 percent of the amount stolen.
