Chinese court confirms that Samsung violated some patents Huawei

Samsung Company

It seems that Samsung is experiencing some legal problems in China. The findings of a Chinese court recently ruled that Samsung violated already some patents, a subsidiary of Huawei related communications wireless, and as a result, the court asked Samsung to stop selling any product that uses the technology of the infraction.

In case if you don’t know it, Huawei filed a lawsuit against Samsung in 2016 claiming that the latter violated a number of patents, and now it seems that the Chinese Court ruled in favor of Huawei. The Huawei had initially requested a license deal divergent rather than seeking to obtain financial compensation or a restraining order, but it seems that Samsung was not interested and decided to confrontation in the end.

Natural that Samsung will not use here, has been that she is planning to pursuing and determine what needs to be done at a later time, this means the application results of the court, or to maybe reach some kind of agreement with Huawei for a license of the latter, or something else.

This is not the first time that we see companies large technical reports to each other due to violations of the patent, and probably won’t be the last, but note that some of them took me a very long time, as that case was between Apple and Samsung which lasted for many years.
