Asus tried to embed the 10GB of RAM in one of its smart phones

Asus ROG Phone

In these days, we’re starting to see companies increase the amount of RAM in its smart phones. On average, we’re looking at somewhere between 4GB and 6GB of RAM, although there are some smartphones which includes 8GB of RAM. However, it seems that Asus already tried to embed the 10GB of RAM in one of its smart phones in time.

This information comes from the famous warrior Roland Quandt who explained that Asus was testing a smartphone featuring 10GB of RAM, but apparently due to restrictions on the size, it was unable to proceed in their plans. It is not clear what is the phone that was Asus intend to provide him with 10GB of RAM, but it is not unlikely that this phone is the Asus ROG Phone.

For those who have not heard about this phone before, it was announced a few days ago with a flag that he designed basically for players like some other phones like Xiaomi Black Shark and Razer Phone and Nubia Red Magic. Thus, the belief that Asus was want to include the 10GB of RAM in the phone Asus ROG Phone is not something of fantasy, but it seems that Asus has decided not to proceed with those plans.

Anyway, wouldn’t be surprised in case if seen in the future as more smart phones with 8GB or 10GB of RAM, but one has to wonder whether we have reached a point where we may be we have already a ram bigger than we need already.
