ASUS introduced an updated line of laptops VivoBook

ASUS held a presentation in the framework of the exhibition Computex 2018. It was presented an updated line of laptops VivoBook.

The new line includes models VivoBook S13, S14, S15 and transformer VivoBook Flip 14.

Laptops VivoBook S youth-oriented. In this regard, they got the bright colors. The manufacturer focuses on the thin frames around the screen, making the display itself takes from 84% to 89% of the area of the lid (depending on model). Also, new items can boast a small thickness (18 mm) and weight (S13 – 1.2 kg, S14 – 1.4 kg, S15 – 1.8 kg).




Model VivoBook’s are equipped with Intel Core processors eighth-generation up to i7, graphics NVIDIA GeForce MX150, up to 16 GB of RAM, up to 512 GB SSD and 2 TB HDD.




Interfaces connect available USB Type-C 3.1, three USB ports Type-A, HDMI, microSD reader. There is a fingerprint scanner.

14-inch VivoBook model Flip 14 has similar characteristics c line S: Intel Core i7, up to 16GB RAM, up to 1TB SSD. The laptop weighs 1.5 kg Flip 14 VivoBook allows you to write and draw on your screen with an active stylus Pen ASUS.







ASUS hasn’t specified the cost of the new models, but according to preliminary information, the price of VivoBook S15 will start with $699. Model VivoBook Flip 14 will cost at least $850.
