Apple to teach Siri to answer for you calls

Voice assistant Siri will soon be able to fulfill the role of your personal Secretary, answering incoming calls instead of you. It follows from the content of the new patent, which the developers of Apple have filed for registration in the patent and trademark office.

A new feature, according to the patent, will be part of the mode “do Not disturb driving”. That is, Siri will not be able to lead a full dialogue with a live person, as does Google Duplex, only notifying the person at the other end of the wire that the user is driving and cannot answer the call.

A message that will generate Siri will be different for each user. On the basis of location data of the owner, time of day and a number of other factors assistant when answering the phone the wife to say something in the style of “I’m driving, I’ll soon be home”, whereas for other people the contents will change.
