The company announced the Amazon and Microsoft two months ago that the Skype calls will be available for all devices with Alexa, but did not specify the launch date of this new feature. But starting this week, will be available to feature Skype calls on the devices Alexa, which will allow users to connect to anyone on Skype or call phones and landlines in up to 150 countries around the world.

If you already own a device Alexa and Skype account, here’s how to take advantage of this feature:

  • Set up your Alexa ranking by using the application to Amazon’s Alexa system Android or iOS.
  • Go to Settings and go to contacts and select Skype to link your accounts.
  • Log in using the same Microsoft account you use on Skype.

Once you’ve completed the setup process, you can start Skype calls by saying “Alexa, call (Person’s name) on Skype” or “Alexa, call my number (dance) on Skype”, and you can also answer calls by using the “Alexa, answer”.
