If you require to transfer files from your iPhone to a phone iPhone another, there are different ways to do this. For example, you can send it via iMessage, or share a link to Dropbox with the other phone, or send them using WhatsApp, or use Google Drive, or even use the feature AirDrop of Apple.

However, it seems that Apple is thinking of creating another way to share files between iPhones, by making the two phones vibrate together.
